Our Founder
Hi I’m Becca. For decades, I navigated the highest levels of the automotive industry, negotiating complex mergers and acquisitions, leading large teams, and serving as chief legal officer for a publicly traded company. My days were filled with high-stakes negotiations and strategies, but my evenings were spent immersed in my lifelong passion: interior design. I was always on the hunt for unique pieces, envisioning warm, beautiful, welcoming spaces for friends and family to gather and enjoy.
I’ve always been captivated by the details that transform a room, the texture of a handwoven fabric, the patina of aged wood, the way natural light changes a space. Over the years, I refined my eye through personal and select commercial projects, seeking out exceptional craftsmanship wherever I could find it.
After leading an automotive tech startup and later serving as chief commercial officer for a publicly traded automotive retailer, I felt the undeniable pull toward something more personal and creative. In May 2024, I took a leap of faith and acquired MHD, a luxury furniture brand founded in 2005, with the vision of making timeless, beautifully crafted furniture more attainable.
