The Jason Statham Saga: The Malibu Surf Shack

Recently , the Surf Shack house was sold in $18.5 m. Even thought considering that Jason and his wife, Rosie Huntington , asked for $19.95 m in the first place, we don't think they had a bad deal. They bought it ten years ago for $ 10.6m.
