That could be The search for new forms and patterns was always at the heart of Mid Century Modern.

Bold forms

A Womb Chair, an Egg Chair, a Mole Chair; all of these experimental shapes were born in the mist of the Mid Century Modern boom. The modernist impulse for new forms was always in the heart of Mid Century Modern .

Function > Form
